seems like I'm dreaming but I'm not sleeping...

morningside and sheppard
been here since back when
playing ninja turtles
it was all pretend
at 10, big bully I was before
my victims are now my friends
be close even when we be rockin' them depends
untapped or tapped
the world's out of order
viruses turning into epidemics
mad cow slaughter
painting pictures, writing poems, cd listening
rappers wanna shine, ice all glistening
that's cool but I'll stay real tho
rubberbands on my wrist, making pizza dough,
only for me to know...of how I want to be
I'm essential, good for your heart, I be Omega 3
I wanna be there, tender love and care
supported thru thick and thin, sending me awkward stares
....Life's not fair, cookie crumbs on the floor
don't like it? get out! there's the door
close it on your way out, true friends only
friends buy friends expensive gifts
like playstation 3, SONY?!?!?!?
I'm done, I flex, I know I'm strong...
Strong enough for a man but made for a woman
"Dance with me sweetie they are playing our SONG!"
